Justice & Security Strategies, Inc. was founded in 2003 to provide consulting services to law enforcement and public safety agencies. As a nationally recognized leader in public safety research, JSS partners with agencies seeking data-driven, innovative solutions to public safety problems. We specialize in providing research and evaluation and technical support for nationally and locally funded initiatives for large and small agencies across the country.
